A lot of you have had additional questions about the DIY Blogger House, so I thought I would do my best to address them, and also share a few more photos, for those of you who don’t live locally and can’t stop by to see it.
Dining Room Light Fixture:
This light was designed by Bryan Bush. He’s a local artisan here in Utah and can be contacted through his website here at Politely Blunt Designs. While these custom lighting fixtures can be quite pricey, they sure do add a ton of personality to a space. To read about this space in more detail, head over to this post.
Homes Exterior Colors:
There was a lot of buzz about this fun yellow door during the parade, and I can’t tell you how happy I am we did it! Listed below is a color swatch and the colors for the homes exterior.
Accent: Escape Gray
Pantry Jar Labels:
These are our newest labels, I’m so excited! When I was designing them I wanted a vintage-type feel, but still wanted to keep the writing in a very legible text. You can buy them in our House of Smiths Designs shop now!
FIY: They come in a set of 5. Flour, Sugar, Brown Sugar, Powdered Sugar and Salt.
The rest of these photos are from areas of the house that Brian Clark, the homes overall designer, decorated. Yup, he’s all sorts of amazing.

I also forgot to mention the oh-so-talented Miss Cynthia from the Jordan Valley Home and Garden Club. She was the mastermind behind all the amazing landscaping and outdoor decor!
You can also reference the attachments at the bottom of my last post here, with lots of information about each room.
I totally miss seeing these girls everyday, while scrambling around like crazy people, trying to put this house together. I guess you could say, we really became like a big ol’ family.
A little bit crazy… but a whole lotta’ love.
