DIY Tutorials, The House Blog Roll & FAQ
Yes, I’ll admit, I am one of the ones who clicked on this icon

Okay, moving on…
I thought, along with this”killer song” (hee, hee) that you might like to do some weekend browsing around The House! As I mentioned before in a previous post, We’ve been spending lots of time on the actual structure, layout, and visual aspect of our little blog and have a few new things to share with you!
First, is our DIY Tutorials Tab:
I am REALLY excited about this feature, and let me tell you… it was NO easy feat. This sucker took me a LONG time. I knew exactly what I wanted, and ALSO knew that there was no plug-in or linky party application for my blog that would give me the look I was going for. So thanks to a bunch of Photoshop-ing hours and backlogging through the our blog, I was able to create a page where all of our most popular DIY project tutorials could live, in ONE easy reference-able place!
To view this page in it’s entirety with projects according links… click here!
House Blog Roll tab:
Again, no quick project by any means, but I felt like I couldn’t go one day longer without being able to recognize some of the most amazingly talented, funny, and creative people that inspire us daily!
So for your viewing pleasure, I bring you…The House Blog Roll!
This is just a preview! to view all the blogs we love and adore,
visit our House Blog Roll page, here!
I’m hoping to start working on our “Frequently Asked Questions”, and “Our Spaces” tabs soon, as well!
This is where we need YOUR help!
I have a folder FULL of questions that I’ve compiled that I get asked over and over, and am definitely going to address those, but I know over the years I’ve accidentally deleted or lost a bunch! So do any of YOU have questions that you’d like to ask us? If so… we’d love to hear ’em! Nothing is off limits either!
well, for the most part… if you get my drift. ha!
But seriously, Cason and I are open books and we are willing to try and answer any questions or curiosities that any of you may have.
๐
We may not share all the Q’s & A’s under our FAQ tab, but if we get more then a couple, we’d be more then happy to share them in a series of written and video posts each month! (could be fun!… eh?)
If you DO have a question you’d like to ask just email it to:
Shelley@thehouseofsmiths.com with the subject title – “FAQ”
Alright folks… that’s all for now!
“Parrrty’n Parrrty’n… Yeah!”
HAPPY WEEKEND!

And that song…oh my. Its awful. I think I've seen it somewhere on the internets before? And FTR…I have to set the record straight. Not all Wisconsinites have a twang ๐ This one doesn't.

I've been following your blog for almost a year now! I still love it as much as the day I discovered it. Question: I'm trying to increase my audience and followers on my blog. Any suggestions? And…how much link party love is too much?

Cason seems to do so much on your home and does a great job. Does he work for a construction company or is a contractor? We need him to come fix our home!

I have a friend that recommended this blog, and I had to laugh when I saw the "Friday" song attached. I just posted that this past friday on my FB wall…when that song came out my kids sang it EVERY day…in honor of Fridays. Drove me crazy! But alas…I was so glad Friday came last week, I could think of no better way to express it!
